Junior Project Manager - Signage

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in administration, sales, customer service, or project coordination.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good sales ability, with confidence in building relationships and identifying business opportunities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

• Manage and maintain relationships with an allocated portfolio of retail clients.
• Receive and process client orders, enquiries, and signage requirements.
• Prepare quotations, job cards, project documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate signage projects from order placement through to manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
• Liaise with internal departments, including design, production, procurement, and installation teams, to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, project progress, and outstanding requirements.
• Ensure all client information, project details, and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services and grow existing client accounts.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays or changes to clients.
• Support the team with general sales administration and project coordination duties.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
