Gestor de Proyectos TI (Bilingüe)

En TINET estamos buscando un Gestor de Proyectos y Servicios TI con ADN resolutivo, visión anticipatoria y un fuerte enfoque AI-First. Buscamos a un líder regional capaz de gestionar proyectos corporativos de alta complejidad, dialogar de tú a tú con Arquitectos de Software y traccionar equipos en un entorno bilingüe.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos y servicios tecnológicos.

  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos corporativos de gran escala.

  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado/Bilingüe (comunicación fluida con clientes y equipos en otros países).

  • Experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos a nivel regional o Latam.

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ejecución Informática o afín.

  • Mentalidad AI-First: capacidad para integrar IA en la optimización de procesos.

Deseables:

  • Certificaciones PMO o SCRUM.

  • Conocimientos en Management 3.0.
