En TINET estamos buscando un Líder Técnico Senior para integrarse a un importante cliente.

¿Te gusta liderar equipos técnicos y, al mismo tiempo, seguir cerca del código? Buscamos a alguien que combine una base sólida de desarrollo full stack con capacidad de liderazgo, para guiar a un equipo en la construcción y evolución de soluciones de alto impacto.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar y acompañar a un equipo de desarrollo, asegurando la calidad técnica y el cumplimiento de objetivos.

  • Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones frontend (Angular) y backend (Node.js/NestJS y Java/Spring Boot).

  • Impulsar prácticas DevOps y de CI/CD en el ciclo de desarrollo.

  • Definir y promover la estrategia de testing del equipo.

  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones en los entornos DEV, QA y PROD.

Lo que necesitas

  • Experiencia en Angular para el desarrollo frontend.

  • Experiencia en Node.js, NestJS, Java y Spring Boot 2.7 para el backend.

  • Manejo de bases de datos relacionales (SQL) y no relacionales (NoSQL).

  • Experiencia con prácticas de Integración Continua y Despliegue Continuo (CI/CD).

  • Implementación de pruebas unitarias y de integración.

  • Gestión del ciclo de vida de aplicaciones en DEV, QA y PROD.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.

  • Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para resolver conflictos.

  • Autogestión, proactividad y orientación a resultados.

⭐ Suma puntos si tienes experiencia en

  • Arquitectura y diseño: microservicios, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven, APIs RESTful (OpenAPI/Swagger), caching con Redis y diseño para escalabilidad.

  • Calidad y buenas prácticas: code reviews, definición de estándares de código, TDD/BDD.

  • Infraestructura y seguridad: Docker, conceptos de Kubernetes, monitoreo y observabilidad (logs/métricas), OWASP, OAuth2 y JWT.

  • Gestión técnica: estimación y desglose de tareas, Scrum/Kanban, gestión de deuda técnica y mentoría técnica.
