The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

About Titan Secure Inc

Titan Secure is redefining vehicle security and telematics through precision engineering and cutting-edge technology. Our mission is simple - to prevent vehicle theft and empower customers with seamless, reliable, and intelligent solutions. We’re building a high-performance team of professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Integration Specialist to join our growing field operations team. This is a hands-on, in-vehicle 12-volt electronics role - not a software, IT, or programming position. You'll install and integrate GPS, telematics, and vehicle security systems directly into customer and partner vehicles, working with factory wiring, OEM connectors, and vehicle electrical systems to deliver OEM-level fit, finish, and performance. You'll also provide hands-on technical support, training, and collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence.

This position requires a balance of technical skill, professionalism, and customer engagement - ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right, every time.

What you'll do

1. Perform Quality Installations

  • Install Titan products with precision and care, ensuring an OEM-quality appearance and reliable performance.
  • Follow documented installation guides, use the proper tools, and test all vehicle functions before and after each integration.
  • Uphold Titan’s quality standards - perfection is the target on every install.

2. Provide Exceptional Service

  • Represent Titan Secure with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Treat every customer vehicle as if it were your own.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, partners, and teammates.

3. Document Your Work

  • Accurately record all installation, scheduling, and service details in Titan’s technology platforms.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all completed work and customer interactions.

4. Train and Support Technicians

  • Assist with onboarding and training new Field Technicians.
  • Share expertise on installation methods, tool use, troubleshooting, and system operations.
  • Support recruiting and mentorship efforts to help grow the Titan team.

5. Support New Vehicle Integrations

  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting wiring configurations for new vehicle makes and models.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team to refine installation guides and wiring documentation.

6. Manage Inventory & Equipment

  • Maintain organized and secure control of Titan property, including devices, tools, and technology.
  • Ensure all company equipment is handled safely, stored properly, and used responsibly.

7. Customer and Scheduling Support

  • Coordinate and manage onsite installation schedules with customers and dealers.
  • Participate in customer onboarding activities, including pilot programs and product demonstrations.

8. Be a Team Player

  • Collaborate closely with peers and leadership to solve challenges and improve processes.
  • Support company initiatives beyond your core role - we are a lean, fast-moving team.

Who You Are

  • You take pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail. Quality first!
  • You’re reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • You’re self-motivated and can work independently or as part of a team.
  • You always put the customer first and handle tough situations with professionalism.
  • You embody Titan’s mission: Desire. Continuous. Unyielding. Persistent. Effort. (D.C.U.P.E.)

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with 12V automotive electrical systems, telematics, or vehicle accessory installation (preferred).

  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and work safely in various environments.
