- Four 10 hour shifts a week
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Wednesday - Sunday
- 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm
- Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities
Electrical System Installation - Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
System Inspections & Testing - Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
Customer Interaction - Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
Code Compliance - Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
Service Calls & Estimates - Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
Documentation - Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
Safety Compliance - Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
Customer Service - Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
Qualifications
Experience - 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
Licensing - Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
Service Software - Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Customer-Focused - Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Driver’s License - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
