Transform your supply chain into a strategic advantage with our end-to-end supply chain consulting services, covering every step from supplier to customer.
Backed by Next Capital

At TMX Transform, we help some of the world's leading organisations solve complex supply chain, property and infrastructure challenges.

From automated distribution centres and logistics networks through to industrial, commercial and data centre developments, we partner with clients to design, optimise and deliver solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

Unlike many consultancies, we don't stop at recommendations. Our teams work across strategy, design and delivery, helping clients turn complex ideas into real-world outcomes.

As a growing international consultancy with teams across Australia, Asia and the UK, we're looking for talented people who enjoy solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and making a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Support the design and implementation of supply chain technology solutions, with a particular focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
  • Translate operational requirements into detailed system and functional requirements
  • Support WMS and WCS integration design across complex warehouse and distribution environments
  • Work across system selection, detailed design, implementation, testing, commissioning and go-live activities
  • Manage technical workstreams and coordinate with clients, software vendors, integrators and automation providers
  • Develop process flows, system requirements, functional specifications and implementation plans
  • Support testing activities including test planning, UAT, issue resolution and system readiness
  • Work alongside automation specialists on highly automated distribution centre solutions, including AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs and Goods-to-Person systems
  • Facilitate workshops with operational, technical and project stakeholders to define requirements and resolve implementation challenges
  • Support project management activities including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
  • Work across TMX's broader supply chain projects, contributing from design through to implementation and delivery
  • Build strong client relationships and provide practical, technically grounded advice throughout project delivery

What You Bring:

  • Experience designing and implementing supply chain or warehouse technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with an understanding of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and WMS/WCS integration
  • Hands-on experience supporting technology implementation projects within warehousing, distribution or supply chain environments
  • A background in project management, systems implementation or business analysis
  • Experience translating operational processes and business requirements into system and functional requirements
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution centre operations and processes
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies such as AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs and Goods-to-Person systems would be highly regarded
  • Experience working with software vendors, system integrators, automation providers and client project teams
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work across both technical detail and broader project delivery, with a practical and hands-on approach

What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivery of high-quality supply chain systems design and implementation projects
  • Successful translation of operational requirements into practical, effective technology solutions
  • Smooth implementation and integration of WMS, WCS and related warehouse technologies
  • Strong coordination across clients, vendors, integrators and technical teams throughout delivery
  • Projects delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
  • Strong client relationships built through practical advice, technical capability and reliable delivery

Why TMX?

At TMX, you'll work with some of the world's leading organisations on complex projects that shape the future of supply chains, logistics infrastructure and industrial property.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on high-impact projects from strategy through to delivery
    • Partner directly with leading global brands and major developers
    • Collaborate with experienced consultants, project managers and technical specialists
    • Take ownership early and build trusted client relationships
