We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major global technology client across North America. Working alongside experienced project and program teams, you'll help coordinate facility and maintenance works across multiple co-location data centre sites, ensuring contractors, vendors and stakeholders remain aligned and projects stay on track.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience who enjoys working in project environments and is looking to build their career supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure programs. No prior data centre experience is required.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works across multiple data centre sites
- Coordinating contractors, vendors and suppliers to support project delivery activities
- Managing access requests and coordinating with campus teams to facilitate site entry requirements
- Tracking project milestones, actions, risks and issues
- Supporting project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications
- Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring key information is captured and communicated
- Working closely with client, vendor and internal teams to support successful project outcomes
What You Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar project support role
- Experience working within construction, engineering, facilities management, infrastructure or related project environments
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or external service providers
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
