Reporting To

• Manage day-to-day governance and risk management processes, ensuring timely compliance reporting and risk monitoring.
• Maintain governance documentation and support audit and regulatory assurance activities.

Accountability & Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day governance and risk processes, including preparation of compliance reports and updates to risk registers.
• Conduct risk assessments and document control effectiveness for key processes.
• Maintain governance documentation and ensure version control for policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance documentation and organize records to support audit readiness.
• Monitor progress of corrective actions for compliance gaps and escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Manager.
• Assist in implementing HSE, integrity, and governance policies by coordinating awareness initiatives and reinforcing compliance culture within the department.
• Support adherence to HSE policies by monitoring compliance, preparing governance reports, and escalating issues for review.
• Compile data and prepare governance dashboards and KPI reports for the Regulatory Department.
• Assist the Transformation Management Office - ERP 1 only
• Assist in advising, reviewing and providing inputs on legislations and regulations, including providing input to the regulators and ministry
• Assist in addressing regulatory issues relating to energy procurement and power industry
• Maintain corporate governance in the absence of the Company Secretary
• Act as the Compliance Officer of SB (alternate)

• Timely delivery of compliance submissions and risk reports.
• Accuracy of governance documentation and registers.
• Closure of corrective actions within agreed timelines.
• Completion of integrity and HSE activities as assigned.

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management roles.
• Experience in audit support or regulatory reporting is an advantage.
