Staff Software Engineer (Scheduling)

- Effectively works with ambiguity, agile delivery, and shipping usable software incrementally

- Balanced expertise: Ability to design high-level technical solutions on a whiteboard while remaining deeply connected to code-level execution and system performance

- Strong customer empathy and a drive to make their lives better through a thoughtful user experience, robust technical solutions, and continuous product improvement

- Proficient with modern API design (TypeScript, REST, GraphQL) and relational databases or alternative data stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)

- Experience and interest in mentoring peers

- 8+ years of backend/full-stack experience, delivering products that drive impact
