About the role

The Senior People Experience Partner helps PEXA’s Product & Technology teams build the roles, capabilities, leadership and people practices needed to perform, grow and deliver on their strategy.

Partnering closely with the Group CPTO and Product & Technology leaders, you will translate business priorities and people insights into practical initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and employee experience.

No two days will look exactly the same. You might be coaching a Technology leader through organisational change, shaping career pathways for Product teams, facilitating an engagement action-planning session or using workforce insights to guide an important business decision.

You will

  • Partner with the Group CPTO and Product & Technology leaders to understand their priorities and develop practical people plans
  • Design and improve role definitions, career pathways, capability expectations and promotion frameworks
  • Coach leaders through workforce planning, organisational change, performance and complex employee matters
  • Use people data, engagement results and workforce insights to identify opportunities and recommend meaningful action
  • Lead engagement action planning with leaders and teams, helping translate feedback into focused and sustainable improvements
  • Work with specialist People teams to deliver talent, succession, remuneration, inclusion and leadership initiatives
  • Support the continued transition to a Product operating model and embed effective new ways of working
  • Mentor colleagues across the broader People Experience team and share your expertise

What you will bring

  • Strong experience in strategic People partnering and influencing senior leaders within a Product and Technology function

  • Experience in organisation design, organisational change and workforce planning
  • The ability to interpret people data and turn insights into a clear and compelling business story
  • Confidence coaching leaders through complex people, performance and employee relations matters
  • A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to turn strategy into action

What success looks like in the first 6-12 months

  • Trusted relationships are established with Product & Technology leaders, with clear people priorities aligned to the Product & Technology strategy
  • Working closely with the Product Operations Lead to ensure the current role, capability and career architecture has been assessed, with priority areas agreed and a practical roadmap in place
  • Meaningful progress has been made on career pathways, role definitions and an evidence-based promotion framework
  • Leaders are effectively supported through workforce planning, organisational change and the transition to new ways of working
  • Engagement insights have been translated into clear action plans, with leaders accountable for focused and measurable improvements
  • People data is being used to improve workforce planning, employee experience and leadership decision-making
  • Talent, succession, leadership and inclusion practices have been strengthened across Product & Technology
