Федеральная розничная сеть магазинов по продаже обуви и аксессуаров приглашает в свою команду Специалиста технической поддержки.

Условия:

  • График работы: 2/2 с 10:00 до 22:00 в офисе (в выходные/праздничные дни удалёнка с 9:00 до 22:00)

Обязанности:

  • Консультирование пользователей по вопросам работы с 1С (помощь в типовых и нештатных ситуациях, поиск ошибок/причин/решений)
  • Решение типовых вопросов по проблемам с торговым и офисным оборудованием (сканеры ШК, онлайн-кассы, термопринтеры, МФУ)
  • Регистрация заявок от пользователей, их распределение по ответственным
  • Выполнение заявок в соответствии с SLA, контроль и эскалация нерешенных заявок
  • Самостоятельное решение вопросов пользователей в соответствии с инструкциями
  • Ведение базы знаний по частым/типовым вопросам.

Требования:

  • Приветствуется опыт работы в розничных компаниях
  • Опыт работы в службе технической поддержки от 3 месяцев
  • Терпение в общении с пользователями, желание помочь с решением их вопросов
