We are looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design process-from early-stage research and wireframing through polished, pixel-perfect UI-all within Figma. This is a hands-on role where you will be the lead design voice on a small, high-impact team, responsible for both the user experience strategy and the visual design language of the Pilotis platform.

You will work in close partnership with the Director of Product Engineering and the Senior Product Manager to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that meet luxury-market expectations. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will have a direct impact and meaningful influence over how the product looks, feels, and behaves. This is an opportunity to define the design DNA of a platform from its earliest stages.
