About the role:
As CyberResilience Lead, you will own the cyber recovery capability for TMHCC's International business. You will lead the cyber recovery program, strengthen organizationalresilienceand ensure the business is prepared to recover effectively from ransomware attacks, cyber incidentsand major technology disruptions. Working closely with technology, businessand senior stakeholders, you will drive recovery readiness and continuous improvement across critical business services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cyber recovery and resilience program, ensuring recovery strategies align with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
Develop and maintaincyber recovery playbooks, restoration procedures, dependency mapsand recovery standards.
Plan and lead ransomware recovery exercises, tabletop exercisesand recovery validation activities.
Coordinate cross-functional recovery activities during major incidents and provide technical leadership throughout restoration.
Partner with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure teams, application ownersand third-party providers to strengthen resilience.
Monitor resilience metrics, testing outcomesand improvement plans to enhance recovery capabilities.
Collaborate with Security Operations teams to align recovery with protection, detectionand response activities.
Skills And Competencies Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Cyber Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience or Service Continuity.
Strong knowledge of cyber recovery, backup assurance, disaster recoveryand operational resilience.
Excellent understanding of IT Service Management, governanceand Business Continuity.
Strong planning, stakeholder managementand communication skills.
Ability to coordinate enterprise-wide recovery activities and make sound decisions under pressure.
Skills And CompetenciesPreferred:
CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
Experience within regulated industries and global organizations.
Experience leading cross-functional recovery programs, resilience exercisesor major incident recovery.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
