About the role:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a key role in protecting TMHCC’s international technology environment by strengthening our detection, investigationand response capabilities. Working within our International Security Operations function, you will help identifyemerging threats, improve security controlsand enhance our cyber resilience. You will collaborate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure and Technology teams to continuously improve our security operations and support the organization’s cyber resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and improve security controls across endpoint, server, identity, network, cloudand business application environments.
Design, implement and continuously improve preventative and detective security controls.
Investigate security incidents, perform threat analysisand support digital forensic activities, containmentand remediation.
Monitor security tools, operational metricsand threat intelligence to improve detection capabilities and reduce cyber risk.
Develop and maintaintechnical standards, operational procedures, playbooksand knowledge documentation.
Support Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen protection, detection, responseand recovery capabilities.
Skills And Competencies Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, Incident Responseor Infrastructure Security.
Strong knowledge of endpoint, identity, cloudand infrastructure security technologies.
Experience in threat detection, incident response, investigationand digital forensics.
Understanding of security engineering principles, operational security toolingand IT Service Management.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills And CompetenciesPreferred:
CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
Experience within regulated industries and global organizations.
Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring.
Ability to translate technical findings into practical security improvements.
