Here, you will know the business owner and be able to have regular meetings, they will also give you the space to run the café as you would like to.

Candidates for this role should;

• Have experience in a similar Supervisory or Management position, ideally working with coffee
• Have a real passion for customer service and high standards, be able to motivate your team to work at the same level
• Show their excitement about the prospect of running this Café as if it were their own and taking pride in what they accheive
• Show a stable work history where any short stays can be explained due to valid reasons
