Their mission is to make self-optimization and well-being accessible to everyone through cutting-edge technology. Their most recognized product is Ultiself, a mobile habit tracker used by thousands of people worldwide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategicProduct Owner to drive the development and growth of Ultiself ’s expanding product ecosystem. This role requires a visionary leader with strong product management expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building impactful digital health and wellness products.
The ideal candidate will combine a data-driven mindset with creativity and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple projects are being developed in parallel. Experience with health, wellness, or lifestyle-related products will be a strong advantage.
This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional analytical skills, strong product management expertise, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy for Ultiself’s platform and individual projects, aligning them with company goals and user needs.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business impact, health/wellness trends, and user feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, QA) to deliver high-quality product experiences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Oversee product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Monitor KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, health impact) and optimize product functionality to maximize value for users.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication across teams.
Stay updated on the latest health, AI, and technology trends to ensure Ultiself maintains a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
Experience in AI, technology, health/wellness, or lifestyle digital products is highly desirable.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid leadership and project management abilities.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, self-improvement, and creating products that positively impact people’s lives.
