Customer Service Representative

• Communicating with customers through various channels (telephone, online chat, or face-to-face) to provide support and information about services.

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Knowing our Services inside and out so you can answer questions.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar CS role.

• Familiarity with our industry is a plus.

• Understanding of how CRM systems work.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Multitasking abilities.

• Patience when handling tough cases.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professional standards.
