The Opportunity

TopDog Law is hiring a Manager, Media & Talent Partnerships to work directly with Jeff Moore, Director of Brand Partnerships & Offline Media, growing the firm's presence through radio, OOH, and creator partnerships across key markets. This role owns both sides of the media relationship: building and negotiating partnerships with radio stations, OOH vendors, and local creators/podcasters, and holding those partners accountable - auditing pricing, impression delivery, and format compliance against what was contracted. It's an opportunity to find, create and drive impact.

What You Will Own

Radio & OOH Partnership Management

• Manage relationships with radio stations and OOH partners in assigned markets, negotiating placement, pricing, and contract terms.
• Identify new station and vendor opportunities to expand market coverage.

Radio & OOH Media Buy Auditing

• Audit media buys for pricing accuracy, impression delivery, and spot/unit format compliance against contracted terms.
• Flag discrepancies and drive make-goods with partners when delivered media doesn't match contracted terms.
• Push for value add media in markets and make sure TopDog is top of mind.

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Source brand partnerships and sponsorships
• Assist in developing creative brand partnerships, sponsorships, and integrations that extend TopDog Law beyond traditional advertising.
• • This will include outreach and pitching TopDog to potential partners

Talent & Creator Relationships

• Source and manage outreach to local creators, podcasters, and community influencers, building partnership pipelines that extend TopDog Law's reach beyond paid media.
• Coordinate outreach, negotiations, and execution of talent partnerships that create authentic connections between TopDog Law and local audiences.

Market Growth & Activation

• Develop market-specific opportunities and activations designed to increase awareness, relevance, and community connection.
• Continuously scout new media, partnership, grassroots, and non-traditional marketing opportunities that help TopDog Law grow and stand out in competitive markets.

What You Bring

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, talent/influencer marketing, radio/OOH media, sponsorships, or a related field (agency, media company, sports/entertainment, or brand-side experience all considered).
• Working knowledge of media buy mechanics - reading affidavits/logs, reconciling invoices against contracted rates, and auditing impression delivery and spot/unit format compliance.
• A demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with external partners - media reps, talent, agents, or creators.
• Comfort negotiating terms and managing partnership execution from pitch through activation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can pitch a partnership as well as you can follow through on it.
• A scrappy, resourceful mindset - you find opportunities other people miss.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $96,200 - $130,500, commensurate with experience
• Eligible for performance-based bonus
• Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
