- Executar atividades técnicas de leitura, interpretação e apoio à elaboração de desenhos técnicos, conforme normas e procedimentos estabelecidos.
- Aplicar normas de ergonomia e segurança do trabalho nas atividades de montagem, instalação e manutenção.
- Apoiar a especificação de componentes eletromecânicos e realizar levantamento de materiais necessários para projetos e manutenções.
- Interpretar esquemas de instalação de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações industriais, atuando na sua execução com autonomia técnica moderada.
- Executar montagem, instalação e testes de funcionamento de máquinas, equipamentos e instalações, conforme projetos e orientações técnicas.
- Atuar na execução de manutenções preventivas e corretivas, seguindo planos definidos e boas práticas de manutenção.
- Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de planos de manutenção, contribuindo com informações técnicas e históricos operacionais.
- Diagnosticar falhas em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações, identificando causas prováveis e sugerindo ações corretivas.
- Substituir componentes danificados e testar o funcionamento dos equipamentos após intervenções.
- Atualizar registros, históricos e controles de manutenção, garantindo rastreabilidade das informações técnicas.
- Realizar inspeções técnicas periódicas em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações.
