JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
§Ensuring seamless operations at the reception area while
providing a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff
§Fostering
positive interactions and exceeding customer expectations.
DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
§Responsible for the
effective day to day administrative/clerical services to ensure smooth
running of the office activities.
§Fostering
positive interactions with guests
§Collate
weekly reports
§Ensure
proper filling of visitors form
§Ensure
proper registering of incoming mails and dispacth to appropriate department.
§Provide
assistance to ESS team on need basis.
§Monitor
and ensure prompt response to email enquiries ([email protected], [email protected])
§Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep
messages.
§Schedule and communicate meetings.
§Maintain the security of all
information entrusted to you.
§Any other duties as assigned
