As a Commercial Intern, you will:
- Assist the Commercial team with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support the implementation of customer service and commercial initiatives.
- Manage the and CRM - Customer Relationship Managementmaintain accurate customer information and databases.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Support customer relationship management activities and ensure timely follow-up on customer queries.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and report on commercial and customer-related data.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist with the planning and execution of customer engagement activities, events, and commercial campaigns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
