HR Generalist

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, solving problems, and improving processes. This individual is comfortable balancing day-to-day HR administration with strategic projects and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting employees across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll platforms, including SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting a multi-site workforce.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification is a plus.
