Supply Chain Planner

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowing, respecting and ensuring compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct
• Leading direct reports on matters concerning HSE, Integrity and Sustainability to ensure high standards
• Collaborating with Operational Departments to develop and update the Affiliate's Master and Annual Procurement Plan.
• Ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with company objectives
• Ensure accurate and timely execution internal and external reporting obligations
• Monitoring, measuring, consolidating and reporting on key supply chain performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Checking regularly to ensure that Supply chain activities comply with Company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely generation of Procurement reports.
• Monitoring to ensure efficiency the execution of the Affiliate's Decentralized buying activities including PRs, Call Offs and Goods Receipt.
• Managing the active contracts register ensuring that associated risks are highlighted to stakeholders and managed.
• Ensuring adequate support is provided to Contract Managers including availing of relevant contract-related data and analysis.
• Ensuring regular engagements amongst Finance, C&P and Operational Departments (Triplets) to facilitate efficiency of the Supply chain.
• Participating in the planning and execution of Contracts Committees' sessions.
• Supporting the execution of audits and reviews subjected on the Supply chain.
• Supporting deployment, evolution and utilization of Procurement Tools, Systems and Templates.
• Coaching, training and supporting stakeholders on procurement Processes, tools and activities.
