La figura ricercata supporterà le attività dell’area legale. In particolare, si occuperà di:
- supporto nella predisposizione di report, note e pareri legali principalmente nei settori del diritto civile e amministrativo
- redazione e revisione di contratti anche in lingua inglese
- supporto nella gestione degli adempimenti societari e nella predisposizione della relativa documentazione
- monitoraggio della normativa e della giurisprudenza rilevanti per le attività delle società del Gruppo TotalEnergies in Italia
- supporto nella gestione del contenzioso e precontenzioso civile e amministrativo, anche attraverso attività di ricerca giuridica e analisi della documentazione
- supporto nella predisposizione e revisione di comunicazioni di contenuto legale a privati e pubbliche amministrazioni
- aggiornamento e gestione dei database e degli archivi legali, con particolare riferimento alla contrattualistica aziendale, al contenzioso e alla documentazione societaria
