The Business Development Associate is responsible for bringing the best restaurant and store partners to Toters.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners to our platform
• Seek out the appropriate contact persons to engage with
• Generate leads and call prospective partners
• Meet with partners face to face or over the phone
• Understand the needs of our partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
• Train new members of your team on the process of work
• On-boarding to the Toters platform
• Managing existing accounts

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or delivery services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; training in sales or negotiation is a bonus but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving business development objectives.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local market and trends is an advantage.
