Job Description

Tower Semiconductor is looking for an Enterprise AI Architect to join our team and lead the identification, design, and implementation of AI solutions across the company. In this role, you will work with business and technical teams to accelerate AI adoption, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver measurable business value.

• Identify high-value AI use cases across the company.
• Design AI solutions, agents, and automation opportunities.
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and vendors.
• Define AI architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Support AI adoption and knowledge sharing across teams.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.

• Proven experience leading AI projects from concept to implementation.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• B.Sc in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Data Science & Analytics

Nice to Have:

• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is an advantage.
