Role Overview
UST is seeking a high-impact Client Partner - Insurance to drive strategic growth across the UK and European Insurance market. This role will be responsible for developing and expanding senior client relationships, originating and closing large-scale transformation, managed-service and AI-enabled operations opportunities, and positioning UST as a trusted strategic partner to leading insurance organizations.
The successful candidate will bring deep insurance industry expertise, a strong executive network, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account leadership. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you will help clients navigate business and technology transformation across core insurance operations, customer experience, data & AI, cloud modernization, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Insurance sector across the UK and Europe.Own and exceed annual bookings, revenue, and profitability targets.Structure and close outcome-based, managed-service and platform-led commercial models.Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts.Cover the insurance value chain: carriers, Lloyd's managing agents and the London Market, MGAs and delegated authority, brokers, reinsurers, and life and pensions providers.Build and maintain a high-value opportunity pipeline aligned to UST's strategic offerings.Executive Client
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, COOs, CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Actuaries, Chief Underwriting Officers, Chief Claims Officers, Heads of Claims, Underwriting Leaders, and Line of Business Executives.Lead strategic account planning and executive business reviews.Influence client investment decisions through industry expertise, thought leadership, and business-led consulting.Industry Domain Expertise

Collaborate with consulting, industry, delivery, and technology teams to design compelling transformation solutions.Lead complex pursuits, proposals, and executive presentations.Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps that demonstrate measurable value and ROI.Co-sell with core platform vendors, hyperscalers and AI partners.Leadership & Collaboration
Partner closely with delivery and practice leaders to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.Lead geographically distributed account teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Act as an insurance sector ambassador both internally and externally.Key Focus Areas

15+ years of experience within Technology Consulting, IT Services, or Digital Transformation, or in senior insurance operations leadership such as operations.Demonstrated success selling, sponsoring and managing large-scale transformation engagements within the Insurance sector.Strong industry network across UK and European insurers, the London Market, MGAs, brokers and reinsurers.Proven track record of building and managing C-suite relationships.Experience leading multi-million-pound consulting and technology engagements.Deep understanding of Insurance market dynamics, operating models, and technology ecosystems.Credible understanding of agentic AI in insurance operations and how it is governed in a regulated firm.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.MBA and/or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification, such as ACII or FCII, advantageous.Why Join UST?
