Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Mandarin Speaker is preferred for this position.• Experience in an IT support or engineering role.• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Endpoint device troubleshooting• Understanding of Enterprise IT Environment• Familiarity with the industry environment and setting is a plus.• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of devices for deployment
  • Perform administration of Active Directory as needed
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for device related issues
  • Assists in the IT Asset management task
  • Support the site during outages or preventive maintenance activities
  • Support project deliverables
  • Adhere to compliance posture and regulations
