Unsere Kunden wollen eine schlanke IT mit einem festen Ansprechpartner, die einfach läuft. Als Systemadministrator baust du diese Grundlage auf und betreust sie im Alltag.

Du richtest Microsoft 365 ein und räumst es auf, kümmerst dich um Netzwerk, Sicherung und Sicherheit und planst, wann Geräte erneuert werden. Bei unseren IT-Checks bist du dabei, wenn wir beim Kunden Bestand aufnehmen, und setzt die Sofortmaßnahmen danach selbst um. Die meisten Anfragen löst du per Fernwartung aus unserem Büro in Augsburg, bei Bedarf fährst du zu unseren Kunden in der Region.

Weil du täglich direkt mit Geschäftsführern und Mitarbeitern unserer Kunden sprichst, sind perfekte Deutschkenntnisse für uns zwingend.

Aufgaben

  • Feste Kunden laufend betreuen und ihr Ansprechpartner für die IT sein
  • Microsoft 365 einrichten, aufräumen und betreuen (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Netzwerk, Firewalls, WLAN und Server einrichten und pflegen
  • Sicherung, Überwachung und IT-Sicherheit: Backup, Patch-Management, Endpoint-Schutz und Berechtigungen
  • Geräte planen, beschaffen und rechtzeitig erneuern
  • Bei IT-Checks mitwirken und die Sofortmaßnahmen danach selbst umsetzen
  • Neue Mitarbeiter beim Kunden einrichten: Geräte, Zugänge und Einweisung
  • Systeme und Abläufe sauber dokumentieren

Qualifikation

  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingende Voraussetzung für die direkte Kundenkommunikation)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du erklärst Technik so, dass auch Nicht-Techniker sie verstehen
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Einsätze bei Kunden in der Region
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit RMM-Tools, Backup-Lösungen (Veeam, NAKIVO) oder Intune
