About the role
This role will involve working as part of our global Managed Services team to support and maintain UiPath RPA solutions, perform solution reviews, execute change and enhancement requests, and provide technical advice and guidance to our clients.
Key responsibilities
Supporting the onboarding activities for new RPA solutions (built both by TQA and external 3rd parties), incorporating:
Code and documentation reviews
Process Walkthrough
Hypercare Activities
Conducting root cause analysis on incidents raised against RPA solutions and incidents proactively identified by the team.
Connecting with clients to understand erroneous results and explain proposed solutions.
Crafting, implementing, testing, and validating solutions to known issues.
Completing change requests when identified resolutions necessitate alterations to automation code or when the team has proactively identified an opportunity to improve an automation.
Understanding and defining the needs of clients when amendments to process scope are requested.
Championing the TQA standards and methodologies for RPA solutions.
Engaging with clients to confirm test availability, requirements, results, and release windows.
Maintaining technical support documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience working with UiPath (either 2+ consecutive years or a total of years over the past 4 years).
You have the UiPath Advanced Developer Certified (Academy) or wish to undertake training.
Experience in a consulting environment or the adaptability to work across multiple different sectors and clients.
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good prioritization skills and the ability to work autonomously.
You’re a team player.
Have the ability to work well under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Document Understanding or other UiPath growth products would be of interest.
Degree-educated.
