Senior AI Engineer

Bloom AI is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3-4 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, ideally for marketing teams. You will develop multi-agent workflows that help teams improve market intelligence, content creation, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis. This is a practical engineering role spanning solution design, development, and deployment. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and other engineers to turn business workflows into reliable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build multi-agent solutions for marketing use cases.
• Develop agents that combine enterprise data, external signals, and business context.
• Build workflow orchestration, tool integrations, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• Deploy solutions within clients' Microsoft environments.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and human-review mechanisms.
• Translate marketing requirements into clear technical designs.
• Participate in client discussions, demonstrations, and solution workshops.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
• Experience building production-grade generative AI or agentic applications.
• Good understanding of models, APIs, and MCPs.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, LLM APIs, and structured outputs.
• Understanding of marketing workflows such as content, campaigns, customer intelligence, personalization, or analytics.
• Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs and cloud services.
• Familiarity with evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
• Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365
• Building AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Working directly with marketing or commercial teams.
