Cloud Security Engineer / Architect

Our Client is an international technology organization delivering advanced IT solutions for highly regulated industries, operating globally and running large-scale, complex projects.

The project focuses on building a central GenAI platform used by multiple product teams to design, validate, and deploy AI agents at scale - including solutions impacting the healthcare sector globally.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer / Architect, who will take ownership of security across AI-driven systems and platforms, shaping solutions from concept to production.

WORK MODE: 100% remote

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design and implement end-to-end security for AI agents, full-stack applications, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability

• Build, integrate, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines (SAST, SCA, DAST, secret scanning) acrossCI/CD processes

• Conductthreat modeling and define secure architectures, enforcing least-privilege access and best security practices across systems

• Lead security initiatives for high-impact AI products, contributing directly to solutions used in critical domains such as healthcare

• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure secure delivery and high-quality releases

• Continuously improve security standards, tooling, and processes while mentoring other engineers and promoting a security-first culture

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security engineering (AWS and/or Azure)

• Strong programming skills in Python and Bash for automation and security tooling

• Hands-on experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines

• Solid background in threat modeling and security architecture design

• Experience securing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Very good English (min. C1) and ability to work in an international environment

• Willingness to participate in a technical interview process including live algorithmic coding tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/ML or understanding of security challenges related to AI systems

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems

• Knowledge of LLM security considerations

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure Security)
