At Trafilea, our outbound operation connects global 3PLs with Amazon FBA, TikTok FBT, D2C, B2B, and other sales channels across multiple markets.

We’re looking for an Outbound Omnichannel Lead who can execute that operation with precision - and then make it better.

You’ll combine hands-on supply chain execution with data, reporting, automation, and AI to improve visibility, eliminate manual work, solve discrepancies at the source, and help us scale a more efficient global operation.

• Drive 3PL performance by monitoring SLA, OTP, backlog, and operational issues across international warehouses.

• Manage Amazon FBA & TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments, shipments, removals, and inventory discrepancies.

• Execute Transfer Orders and B2B orders across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and international 3PLs.

• Protect inventory availability, supporting 99%+ in-stock coverage and effective aged inventory management.

• Own outbound reporting, turning daily KPIs and operational data into clear, actionable insights.

• Automate manual workflows using reporting tools, AI, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate high-impact events such as Prime Day and BFCM with 3PLs, Marketing, and Marketplace teams.

• Continuously improve operations by identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and keeping SOPs up to date.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.

• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.

• Strong Excel / Google Workspace capabilities, including databases, pivot tables, and formulas.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience following, documenting, and improving operational processes and KPI routines.

• Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.

• A strong bias toward execution, ownership, and follow-through.
