Traild is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market presence across North America through our ERP partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role sitting within a distributed global marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing in Australia. You will be the person our North American (NAM) partners call first and our NAM sales team goes to before they go anywhere else, turning partner relationships into measurable pipeline through co-marketing, events, and enablement. The role spans everything from ideating a creative booth activation and coordinating logistics for a multi-state event calendar to getting a platinum VAR to commit to a joint campaign for next quarter. If you thrive on ownership, move fast without dropping details, and judge your own work by pipeline impact rather than activity volume, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own NAM co-marketing with ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners, including joint webinars, roadshows, partner onboarding campaigns, and co-branded activations that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Build and maintain a partner toolkit of pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and value proposition materials that partners can pick up and use independently, and keep it current as the product and messaging evolve
- Plan and execute Traild's NAM event calendar end to end, covering ERP user groups, channel roadshows, and industry conferences from sponsorship and booth design through lead capture, follow-up, and post-event pipeline reporting
- Run partner co-hosted webinars from initial planning and speaker preparation through promotion, day-of execution, and performance analytics covering attendance, conversion, and influenced pipeline
- Develop and deliver internal enablement for NAM sales and channel reps in collaboration with Content and Product Marketing, ensuring current materials are easy to find and reps are not building their own
- Build relationships with partner marketing contacts at priority NAM ERP platforms and VARs, securing co-marketing commitments and running activations that benefit both sides rather than asking for one-off favors
- Track and report on channel program and event performance against pipeline outcomes, use that data to recommend where to invest and what to cut, and communicate results clearly to NAM sales leadership and the broader marketing team
Who You Are
- 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech, with meaningful time spent in partner, channel, or field marketing rather than purely demand gen or brand
- Demonstrated ownership of events end to end, including user groups and conferences across multiple states, covering strategy, logistics, booth execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up with no handoff to an ops team
- Proven ability to run co-marketing programs with technology partners, VARs, or implementation partners, including experience convincing partners to commit resources to joint activity
- Strong project management and attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple programs and partners in parallel across time zones without missing deadlines or waiting to be told what is next
- Clear, compelling communicator who can develop messaging and materials for both internal teams and external partner audiences
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms, with comfort tracking influenced pipeline and reporting on program ROI
- Experience at a Series A to Series C SaaS company where the marketing team was small and individuals built programs themselves rather than directing others to execute them is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the finance or accounting software landscape is a plus
- Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
You are a B2B marketer who has built things from scratch in a fast-moving environment, knows how to earn commitment from partners who have no obligation to say yes, and can hold an entire event or campaign together without a logistics team behind you.
