COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective internal and external communication plans aligned with the Company's objectives and brand standards.
• Manage corporate communications, including newsletters, press releases, company profiles, presentations, speeches, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate digital and social media communications, including content planning, development, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Support media relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate events, employee communications, and reputation management initiatives.
• Develop engaging stories and content that effectively communicate the Company's activities, achievements, people, products, and impact.
• Ensure consistency in corporate messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Work closely with Management, HR, Commercial, Operations, and other departments to communicate key initiatives, updates, and organizational developments.
• Monitor media and digital performance and prepare communication reports with recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, media, digital communications, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing communication plans and creating professional corporate content.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media and digital communication platforms.
• Good understanding of media relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate branding.
• Experience working with Management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
