Thermo King, a global leader in sustainable transport temperature control systems, is looking for a Commercial Service Writer to join our dealership team!

In this role, you will be the critical link between our valued commercial fleet customers and our skilled service technicians. You aren’t just writing repair orders, you are helping keep vital supply chains moving by ensuring refrigerated trucks, trailers, and transport units receive rapid, top-tier maintenance and repair. What you will do:

• Engage directly with customers, offering accurate estimates, service details, and expert advice
• Assist in managing and overseeing the service workflow, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor, or similar customer service experience
• Proven technological proficiency to support efficient workflow and customer service
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and committed to a drama-free, collaborative work environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
