¿Qué hay para ti?

Serás responsable del área metrología dimensional, responsable de realizar complejos programas de medición en máquinas de coordenadas y equipos portátiles como brazos y scanners. Colabora activamente con equipos de Manufactura Avanzada/Diseño/Calidad/Procesos tanto locales e internacionales para desarrollar programación óptima en mediciones de componentes. Brinda entrenamiento y mentoría a técnicos en metrología sobre programación de equipos de medición.

Lo que harás:

Desarrollo de programas de medición avanzada para nuevos proyectos (maquinados de precisión, ensambles complejos), basados en dibujos con tolerancias geométricas. Curvas, perfil de superficies, selección de filtros.

Generar soluciones a problemas relacionados con la inspección de componentes de precisión en relación con el intento de diseño.

Responsabilidad de realizar análisis de los sistemas de medición (MSA) para la selección de equipo y métodos de medición, considerando avances tecnológicos.

Coordina al equipo de metrología sobre en la instalación y mantenimiento de software de medición y estadística.

Gestionar programa de calibraciones conforme a las especificaciones del fabricante, normas internas y requisitos regulatorios.

Lo que traerás:

Título de Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afín.

Alrededor de 7 años de experiencia en puesto similar

Capacidad de análisis matemático, interés en desarrollar habilidades técnicas, atención al detalle.

Programación avanzada con software de medición Calypso, UMESS, Polyworks y Quindos.

Experiencia en PiWeb/WinSPC.

Uso de equipos de medición CMM Zeiss, Brazo Faro con Probe y LLP, Equipo de escaneo portátil (Scantech y su interfase).

Conocimiento de SPC y MSA Green Belt/Black Belt deseable.

GD&T y lectura de planos avanzado.

Ingles Conversacional - Avanzado.

Certificaciones deseables: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Calibration Technician (CCT), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) ,

Technologist Levels (ASME Y14.5-1994 or ASME Y14.5-2009)

Senior Levels (ASME Y14.5-1994 or ASME Y14.5-2009).
