Service Coordinator / Planner
Functieoverzicht:
Als Service Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct plannen van werkzaamheden van de Service Technicians.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering van service- en contractwerkzaamheden
- Je plant efficiënt en let op kosten, uren en klantwensen
- Je informeert en instrueert de Service Technicians
- Je communiceert de planning richting de klant
- Je behandelt storingen (call-outs) en indien nodig maak je prijsafspraken hiervoor
- Je verifieert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
Kwalificaties:
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht, in staat om goede relaties op te bouwen met klanten en Service Technicians
- Je hebt commercieel inzicht, bent kostenbewust en werkt accuraat en punctueel
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in computersystemen en met MS Office
- Je bent leergierig, kan prioriteiten stellen en goed samenwerken in teamverband
- Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar ervaring in de HVAC- of klimaatbeheersing
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal is vereist in deze functie
