We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join us, reporting to the Software Development Team Lead. In this role, you will lead the implementation of complex features and integrate next-generation AI capabilities into our platform. Responsibilities:- Collaborating with developers and product managers to understand the requirements for new features and user interfaces
- Leading the development of large, complex features or projects, assisting with the planning and estimation of project timelines and resource needs
- Building AI-powered capabilities into our product, such as LLM-based assistants, retrieval over engineering knowledge, and tool integrations (for example, MCP), and helping us measure their quality
- Using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow, and helping the team adopt them responsibly, with review, testing and security in mind
- Participating in code reviews to ensure that the team’s code is of high quality, mentoring and guiding more junior team members
- Communicating effectively with other team members and stakeholders, proactively seeking out opportunities to learn and grow your skills
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development
