A day in your life within Transcom!

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that showcase Transcom’s culture, people and career opportunities
• Manage and create engaging content for social media channels, bringing our employer brand to life through creative posts, videos, stories and campaigns
• Plan, launch and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to attract the right talent
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and turn recruitment challenges into effective marketing strategies
• Monitor social media performance and recruitment marketing KPIs, using data and insights to improve engagement, reach and candidate conversion
• Support employee advocacy initiatives, encouraging our people to share their experiences and become ambassadors for the Transcom brand
• Identify social media trends, new content formats and creative opportunities to strengthen our online presence and reach new audiences
• Contribute to recruitment events, internal initiatives and creative projects that strengthen our employer reputation and candidate experience

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing or a similar role
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice and messaging to different audiences and platforms
• A good understanding of social media channels, particularly Meta and LinkedIn, and how to use them to build awareness and engage audiences
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns, audience targeting and campaign performance optimization
• A creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling, engaging content and emerging digital trends
• An analytical approach, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders
• Fluency in English
