The Talent Acquisition Partner acts across the full recruitment life cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates.

In this role, you will:
- Implement the cluster Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents
- Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via first selection
- Coordinating existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle)
- Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp / recruitment agencies
- Supporting improvement in all recruitment steps (search, screen, test, match)
- Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively
- Working by KPI driven performance
- Communicating and collaborating closely with OPS

What we are looking for:
- University degree;
- Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment minimum 3/4 years;
- Applicant Tracking Systems: High Level;
- Fluent Italian and English (a must);
- Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
- Effective communication skills;
- Teamwork;
- Focus on results on results and quality.
