Do you enjoy finding solutions to technical challenges and making technology easier for others?We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Support Analyst to join our international customer support team in Budapest.In this role, you will support customers of a leading brand in the consumer electronics and smart home technology industry, helping them get the most out of their devices and resolving technical issues.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide customer and technical support in French via phone, email, and chat.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.Guide customers through technical solutions in a clear, patient, and professional manner.Handle product and service enquiries, customer complaints, and order-related questions.Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution.Investigate technical problems and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.Deliver accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaborate with colleagues and follow established support procedures and data protection guidelines.

Expectation:

What We're Looking For French language proficiency to confidently support French-speaking customers.Good command of spoken and written English.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A customer-focused mindset, patience, and empathy.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.Minimum high school education or equivalent.Nice to have'sPrevious experience in customer service, technical support, or a BPO environment.Strong interest in consumer electronics, technology, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of Wi-Fi/WLAN, Bluetooth, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
