About the Role:
Join us at an exciting inflection point as we prepare for a beta launch in December 2025. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll take on an important role in building and growing our enterprise platform. You'll help develop key features like a proprietary decisioning system, strong data security (especially for AI), and effective document parsing tools, improving how we automate document verification, data extraction, and decisioning support. You'll work under the mentorship of engineers who have led teams at top-tier tech firms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.
- Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into scalable, efficient code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, supporting the platform's scalability as we grow.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Python, and hands-on experience with React.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with AWS as a valuable bonus.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.
- Experience with AI integrations is a plus, though not required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
