Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team and work on modern software solutions for international clients in the insurance industry.

The role is primarily focused on TypeScript development, together with Java-based services, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end application development. Frontend experience is a plus, but not a core requirement.

Your Role

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Java. You will work across backend services, APIs, business logic, integrations, and application architecture while collaborating closely with other engineers and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex software applications using TypeScript and Java
• Design and improve system integrations and application components
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
• Take ownership of technical tasks from analysis through implementation
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering decisions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance
• Use AI tools effectively to support development and engineering productivity

Requirements

• English proficiency: minimum B2, ideally C1
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience after graduation
• Strong professional experience with TypeScript
• Professional experience working with Java
• Experience building and maintaining complex software applications
• Solid understanding of software design, testing, version control, and maintainable architecture
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed application components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a remote engineering environment
• Frontend development experience is a plus
