Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our fully remote global HR team and help us find and engage top IT talent worldwide.
The role is primarily focused on sourcing and candidate engagement, together with screening interviews, ATS hygiene, and onboarding support. Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not a core requirement.
Your Role
You will source and approach IT candidates across LinkedIn, our ATS, and other channels, run screening interviews, and keep candidate data and pipeline status accurate. You will start by executing defined search strategies and grow into building your own, working closely with the HR team to improve process and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, our ATS (Manatal), and other channels, executing defined search strategies and gradually building your own
- Approach candidates with clear, engaging outreach
- Conduct screening interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and fit
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS
- Support onboarding so new hires start smoothly
- Take ownership of assigned roles from sourcing through screening
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and candidate experience, and stay current on talent market trends
- Use AI tools effectively to support sourcing, outreach, and recruiting productivity
Requirements
- English proficiency: minimum B2, ideally C1 - clear and confident in both writing and speaking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Curiosity about technology and the ability to pick up technical vocabulary quickly, including programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to run multiple roles and priorities in parallel
- Proactive and eager to improve both your work and your own skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR is a plus, but not required
