The Opportunity
As a Platform Management Senior Analyst, you will support platform delivery, release planning, and operational activities across the portfolio while ensuring alignment with Takeda priorities. You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable platform services and continuously improve engineering technology solutions.You will engage with users through communities of practice to gather feedback, communicate platform changes, and support adoption. You will also maintainand monitor artificial intelligence agents that support testing and user support activities.You will manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment, helping ensure platform quality, stability, and successful implementation. You will identifyand communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts while coordinating with vendors on issue resolution, software releases, and platform support activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support platform releases, issue resolution, and change management activities.
Monitor vendor software releases, assess their impact on the Takeda landscape, and coordinate remediation activities when required.
Track progress against delivery plans and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Engage with users through communities of practice to gather feedback and communicate platform changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform reliability, user support, and operational efficiency.
Maintain and monitorartificial intelligence agents supporting testing and user support.
Support platform implementation, release, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.
Oversee platform testing, debugging, validation, and documentation activities.
Manage production service requests, routine maintenance, and operational support.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relatedstudy, or equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience with engineering platforms such as SiemensCOMOS and/or Autodesk.
Experience with robotics platforms such as Onelaband/or Orbit is preferred.
You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can translate business needs into platform requirements and activities.
You are comfortable working independently and collaborating across global teams and external vendors.
You can effectively manage and support multiple applications simultaneously, balancing operational support, releases, enhancements, and stakeholder needs across a diverse platform portfolio.
You demonstratea strong learning mindset and can independently onboard yourself onto new applications and technologies by leveragingavailable documentation, training materials, vendor resources, and subject matter experts.
You are proactive in building technical knowledge and can quickly become productive in unfamiliar platforms with limited supervision.
You have experience supporting platform delivery, release coordination, testing, or production support in an engineering, manufacturing, or digital technology environment.
You are familiar with Agile and software development lifecycle practices, including development, security, and operations. You are comfortable using emerging digital tools and AI-enabled processes.
Experience with AI-enabled engineering solutions, copilots, agents, or other engineering AI applications is an advantage.
Experience in regulated environments, structured documentation, and change-control processes is an advantage.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2775 per month (full time), but your final remunerationpackage may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.

€33,300.00 - €45,760.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
