Here’s what you’ll be doing as CRM Manager:

• Define and execute the CRM strategy based on a deep understanding of our customers and their lifetime moments and product journeys
• Deploy segmented, relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a timely manner and of a high standard that excites customers and promotes the TransferGo brand in the best possible way.
• Build, manage and improve automated workflows utilizing the CRM system and managing the customer journey
• Align with data, product and engineering teams, third parties and the rest of our marketing team to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used in CRM marketing
• Work closely with the Product team to improve user experience and reactivation rates
• Analyse and report on campaigns to support customer reactivation
• Ongoing management and segmentation of the database
• Define, monitor and report on KPI’s for customer engagement programmes and be able to communicate performance clearly to different audiences
• Continue to drive new strategies across the customer lifecycle, that improve key KPIs (retention/reactivation rates) and continue to strive for 1:1 personalisation across all existing campaigns
• Become an expert in our CRM platform (Braze) and any subsequent solution investments
• Regularly identify trends in CRM, best practices and new innovative ideas

You’ll report to our Head of CRM.

Here’s what we’d love from our new CRM Manager:

• Experience in B2C CRM and B2C email marketing. 
• Hands-on experience using Braze for at least 1 year, and will feel comfortable executing campaigns via email, push notification and inApp messages.
• Project Management: highly organised, attention to detail and able to manage several campaigns at the same time
• Braze hands-on experience
• Proactive and self-starter
• Capable of building good working relationships with peers and stakeholders
• Reliable and thorough person capable of taking ownership of their projects

And if you can also do this stuff, even better: 

• Experience working for app-first companies.
• Experience working for multi-language / multi-country companies
