Role Overview: 

The CEO Office keeps TransferGo's leadership running smoothly. We give our C-suite of 9 the organisation, structure and support they need, so they can focus on building better financial services for our migrant customers. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This role is a great foundation for growing into senior administrative, governance or leadership roles at TransferGo.

This isn't a rigid 9-to-5 role. We aim to get everything done within working hours. During busy periods and special projects, though, you may need to work extra hours, so flexibility and good judgement are key.

What You'll do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Staff, managing various tasks and projects.
• Manage complex calendars for C-level leaders, including meetings, activities and events.
• Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes at leadership and board meetings, then track actions and decisions until they're done.
• Manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, adapting to last-minute changes.
• Draft, proofread and circulate letters, reports and other documents to a high standard.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Handle important company documents, ensuring they are circulated for signatures and appropriately filed.
• Support special projects and ad hoc events, ensuring high standards of organization and execution.
• Find ways to improve and streamline executive scheduling and admin processes.
• Solve problems as they come up, independently and efficiently.

What You'll bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, supporting C-suite or senior management.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several calendars at once.
• Experience taking minutes, ideally for board or governance meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Discretion and diplomacy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in coordinating complex travel arrangements and adapting to changes quickly.
• Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, independent, solution-focused mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
