Job DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:The Trainer drives agent success by delivering high-impact, client-aligned training for both new hires and tenured staff. Beyond the classroom, they serve as a critical bridge to production-monitoring speed to proficiencyto ensure a fast, high-quality ramp-up. They maintain meticulous records and serve as a central communication hub, providing actionable insights to both Training and Operationsleadership to ensure every agent hits the floor ready to excel.

Role Summary:

The Travel Pass Go Program Trainer will prepare agents to successfully manage inbound hotel reservation and sales calls. The role will focus on developing strong product and reservation knowledge, customer needs discovery, sales techniques, objection handling, closing skills, reservation accuracy, customer experience, and system proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new-hire and ongoing training for inbound hotel reservation sales.
• Train agents on the complete hotel reservation and sales experience.
• Develop strong customer needs discovery, sales, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Facilitate hotel reservation call simulations and sales role-plays.
• Reinforce professional communication and customer experience standards.
• Coach learners on converting customer inquiries into reservations.
• Monitor learner assessments, performance, and readiness for production.
• Align training with established sales, QA, and operational KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps using QA results, sales trends, and operational feedback.
• Update training materials and activities as program needs evolve.
• Partner with QA and Operations to ensure alignment between training and production expectations.
• Maintain strong classroom management and learner engagement.
