Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst at our Hyderabad office, you will serve as the critical bridge between business requirements and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and key stakeholders, to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. Your daily contributions will directly influence the efficiency of our product delivery, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also aligned with the long-term strategic goals of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications to ensure the development team builds the right solution for the client.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and risk analysis to identify potential project bottlenecks and provide data-backed recommendations for mitigation.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables by coordinating between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure milestones are met within scope.
- Design intuitive data visualization dashboards to help clients interpret complex datasets and make informed, real-time business decisions.
- Perform rigorous data analytics to uncover operational inefficiencies and propose design improvements that enhance overall system performance.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analysis and Solution Design, with the ability to map complex processes into clear, logical workflows.
- Strong command over Data Analytics and Data Visualization tools to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
- Proven capability in Project Management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of Financial Analysis and Risk Analytics to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related quantitative field, with 0 - 2 years of experience in a professional analytical role.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Hyderabad office, collaborating seamlessly with local and remote team members.
